The Enterprise version of the software will be available to MSDN subscribers in early October and the it will be commercially available in early November according to the Microsoft Connect site. Online documentation for the product can be found on Microsoft TechNet:

do you know if the CTP release of PerformancePoint Server has any limitations? Like limited functionality available, limited time you can use the release, etc.
